Our new product is revolutionizing the way buyers and surface pattern designers work with each other. We have built a global community of established and emerging artists for product managers, art directors & business owners to discover. It’s a virtual trade fair, bursting with talent that is easily searchable and it costs nothing to enter.

We are looking for a high performing Community Moderator and Customer Support to join the team. To be a high performing team member, you are expected to:

  • Live and breathe fashion, textiles and home decor.
  • Enjoy communicating with customers via text, chat and email using outstanding english.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be a part of Journey Horizon family.
  • Help customers use the product’s website via online chat.
  • Review applications from international buyers for access to the product’s community.
  • Check buyer applications and approve or reject access to join the product’s community.
  • Check new listings of surface pattern artwork by Designers.
  • Improve surface pattern design listing data to be accurate.
  • Check messages between buyers and designers to ensure they are appropriate.
  • Monitor social media channels for any direct messages to the team.
  • Respond positively to comments on social media.
  • Use team social media tools to post into social media according to the posting calendar.
  • Support changing content on the website when being requested.

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES:

  • Excellent English skills (compulsory)
  • Love of fashion, textiles and design
  • Good communication skill, interpersonal skill, customer focused & goal driven
  • Able to work with different types of people
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
  • Versatility and initiative
  • Have a sense of self-learning
  • Good research skill

  • We offer a competitive salary and benefits in accordance with Vietnamese law. These benefits will be discussed as you are shortlisted for interview
  • 12 days Annual leave and 2 days sick leave. If the annual leave is not used up, the unused days-off will be converted into bonuses at the end of the year and paid by daily rate.
  • 1 day off for your birthday. If you work on your birthday we will double your salary for that day.
