What you will do

  • Be a part of the Journey Horizon family.
  • Communicate, collect, analyze and clarify client’s requirements effectively;
  • Create visual aids such as flowcharts and diagrams to simplify complex processes and workflows;
  • Interpret high-level goals and requirements that clients describe and break them down into specific, actionable details for development team;
  • Cooperate smoothly with team to offer suitable solutions to clients;
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentations;
  • Work alongside the Project Manager in multiple projects daily, record essential materials and other required tasks to help improve performance of the team;
  • Execute manual testing to verify that software solutions meet business requirements, and report bugs to developers;
  • Provide feedback and insights on user experience and functionality to help enhance product quality.

LOVE IF YOU HAVE:
  • Familiar with Discord and Trello or other teamwork/task management platforms;
  • Have background or knowledge in technical concepts or software development.

Training & Development

  • As a fresher Business Analyst, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship from the Project Manager during your first month with us.
  • The training will cover key areas such as requirement gathering, documentation, and manual testing to ensure you have a solid foundation.
  • You will also be introduced to specific technologies and tools used within our company, giving you a strong understanding of our development processes.
  • We are looking for candidates who can learn quickly, adapt to new processes, and apply their knowledge effectively.
